I'm an animal lover so I definitely would give the place a thumbs up. Except that the tour guides are quite fast and handle a lot of tourists at once. The ones at the back of the line can no longer hear what the tour guide was saying. (we're that many!) But since my grandma have that saying "Advance to be recognized.", I made sure I walk right after the tour guide. hehehehe.
